Wedding Day Management: Did you plan your wedding but need help coordinating your event? This reduces stress by facilitating the flow of your day. As a Wedding Manager, we will assist you the week before the wedding with the following:
• One 2hr meeting: Week before wedding
• Confirmation of all wedding professionals (vendors) during the week of your wedding
• Creation of a wedding itinerary or timeline, detailed checklists, and contact sheets
• One hour wedding rehearsal coordination
• 1 Personal Wedding Day Director, 1 assistant, 6+ hrs
Depending on the time frame:
- Getting Ready
- Distribution of flowers to the bridal party and family
- Line up the bridal party and family for the processional
- Ceremony Coordination
- Venue Coordination
THE SIGNATURE EXPERIENCE
Month + Day of Coordination: Did you plan your wedding but need guidance finalizing the actual details with the direction of a professional? During this time, we make certain there are no major incidents and verify that all your vendors are on track for your special day. Affordable but meaningful, let us invoke your design and elevate your experience.
• Assistance during the month of Wedding (limited)
• Unlimited access to consultation and advice via email and telephone (during business hours Mon-Sat 8 am-7 pm)
• Two 1 hr meetings: 1st a month before the wedding, 2 nd a week before the wedding
• Confirmation and constant communication with all wedding professionals (vendors) during the month
of your wedding
• A one hour walk-through and finalization meeting with your reception venue
• Creation of a wedding itinerary or timeline, detailed checklists and contact sheets
• One hour wedding rehearsal coordination
• 1 Personal Wedding Day Director, 2 assistants, 8+ hrs

• Creation of your inspirational sheet
• Unlimited access to consultation and advice via email and telephone (during business hours Mon-Sat 8 am-7 pm)
• Creation and update of the Budget Sheet
• Assistance in locating vendors [appointments for showrooms, tasting, etc..]
• Planning organizational meetings: Six 1hr meetings/meeting with vendors (can add additional meetings)
• Creation of a wedding itinerary, detailed checklists, and contact sheets
